Krish just represented us in our first home purchase in nearly 20 years and we couldn't be happier with the experience. His expertise, rational thought process, and pro-activeness helped us navigate difficult circumstances and manage to land a home that we're quite excited about. Not only is the market extremely difficult right now, but I'll be honest in adding that we're not the easiest clients to work with. For starters we were working with him from outside the country most of the time, so couldn't be present for most of the showings. We also get into the weeds about everything, and pretty small thing can be deal-breakers for us. So, it takes some patience to work with us, but Krish's energy and persistence never wavered.
